“Casino seems to be more out dated compared to other casinos near by. Lots of smoke and dim lighting. ”

“First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb. “As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. ”

“Very little amenities. Linen towels and just overall furniture needs attention. Had trouble in check in about rooms available. Then received one that had no been cleaned smelled like urine and cigarettes. Honestly would never stay here again. ”

“No coffee available for the early risers from the east coast, short staffing, mediocre attitudes. It is what it is. Elevator floors always sticky and dirty, just an obvious lack of effort to be excellent. So, i guess all normal if you want a normal mediocre lodging, knock yourself out.”

“The property is in a great location! The trolley stop is right out front, and Magazine St. is a short walk (a few blocks). There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is more of a coffee and bagel stop. Although there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt available, I wouldn't call this a buffet under any circumstances. The staff is fantastic - even though we checked in late, there was staff available at 1a to let us in and let us in our room. With...

“First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees.”

“Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.”
