“The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The room was clean-but it did have a very strong odor. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The room was very loud- beginning at 6:00 a.m. I do not know if guests above us were dribbling basketballs or if they were doing construction but there was extremely loud banging. The breakfast was ok- eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, etc. your standard hotel complimentary breakfast. Overall it was an ok experience.”

“I have stayed at Hampton inns before. This was the best one. Very comfortable beds, the breakfast was great. Very clean. Very friendly staff.”

“The rooms were rather small even the bedrooms in the suite no room to set suitcases. Our first room was a king with a pull out. When we pulled it out the end was up against the end of the bed. The only way we could get out of the bed was to walk over it to the other side. We ask for a different room and the staff was very accommodating and put us in a suite. Breakfast was not good. Eggs in a bag!!”

“Property was pretty run down. Room was very small. Parking lot not in great shape. Generally old hotel and not updated. Price was too high for what you got.”

“The room was clean however the paking lot was littered with beer caps and cigarette butts from a party that was going on when I arrived. Luckily the proprietor had already told them they needed to disperse soon and I did not hear the music once I got to my room. The proprietor was very friendly. I had no problems once I got to my room.”

“No visible maintenance to installations, aging property”

“Not enough outlets or close enough to the bed for somebody traveling with a CPAP machine and a phone that is an alarm. Luckily, I had long cords. Outlet was coming out of the wall. Normally, I leave my electronics plugged in, but not here. Someone needs to fix that. Room 111. No breakfast to speak of, so I can tell why it's so d*** cheap. You get what you pay for.”

“The best part of the stay is the desk personnel…. Very pleasant and responsive to needs and problems. The place is really old so I’m sure hard to maintain-the ac in our first room didn’t work, the TV in our 2nd room didn’t work, the carpet needs taken out. BUT the price is right since it is clean.”

“The hotel staff were excellent and went above and beyond helping me to fix my reservation with Expedia. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!”
