“Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata. Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk). Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. Sono tanti ragazzi e tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Struttura super consigliata!”

“we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.”

“Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. ”

It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details..”

Apart from the fact that the rooms are amazing (we could have had a party for 30 in our room), the thing that really made it for us was the attitude of the staff. They were attentive and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Do try to fit in a tour of the tea plantations and waterfalls. The scenery will blow your mind! ”

“What an exceptionally beautiful hotel, set away in a magnificent rainforest. We had a room right on a cascading creek and the sound of the water was pure magic. There were a family of monkeys on the trees directly in front of our balcony, oblivious to us. So much fun to observe them. The service of the staff was exceptional and Dumi, our guide had a deep knowledge of the area and took us on some wonderful local field trips. I cant praise Glenrock enough. Keep in mind that you are in the middle...
