"Hard to understand staff. Bit of a language barrier. Used the tub water to wash our hands, as we couldn’t get any warm water out of the sink. The outlet in the washroom didn’t work. The BED was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Won’t be back."

"Everything was great, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast and it was clean and quiet. I know, others have said they found it noisy, but we were right beside the elevator, and it was super quiet. Would definitely come again!"
