“A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!”

“Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets.”

“Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. ”
