“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. “The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. “Very close to the country concert about 17 miles. Was perfect for two adults just to be there to sleep. Had roku in the room. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and hot water. It was outdated but we were expecting it. Will definitely stay again if we go back to the country concert.”
