“We were very disappointed that the indoor heated pool wasn’t very warm at all. I went to the front desk to let them know that there’s possibly a problem with the heated pool other guest mentioned them trying to fix it, but our stay was based on having an indoor heated pool. Our room was wonderful. Beds were wonderful. Very clean room. wonderful breakfast. It’s hard to please a five and eight-year-old but they were very happy. Staff was amazing. Coffee was delicious.”

“Staff was super sweet. But there should be some sort of service to take you to your room/bring you up to the main lodge for dinner. Maybe a front desk person with a golf cart. Pretty dangerous to walk down that path alone at night in the dark after some drinks at dinner. Otherwise, very chic and comfortable. ”

Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone. “Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to...
