There was one thing that was bad we were right above the garage door for the unground parking so you heard the door and the garbage cans going up and down and the laundry carts so that hard for having dogs as well. And they were working on the suite next door too.”

“The hot tub at the property we stayed on was out of service for our time there. An outdoor hot tub is one of the main criteria for my hotel choices, so when we learned it wasn’t working, we considered cancelling and picking a new hotel- until we saw the hot tub closure policy that states no refunds, no discounts. “Overall our stay was great, the unit needs a paint refresh and dusting was overlooked in the dinning and living room areas. Parking in the area is limited, and the underground parking was full beyond just the one limit of vehicle per unit which the front desk staff did not seem to have an issue with. We were visiting for our wedding and there was a large winter blizzard so not having access to underground parking was frustrating.”
