“The tub in room 207 was filthy. I had to call the front desk and ask them to clean it. They front desk lady came with a sponge. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. The curtains did not close. This is the worst hotel ever. ”

“Breakfast was good eachday we went and the staff was super kind. Always smiles. Would recommend this hotel for sure. And the pool was clean and warm. We all enjoyed it. ”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.”

“Nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting Great America. Directly across from the main entrance. Several food options with in walking distance from the hotel and a huge shopping mall, a short drive away. Appears to be recently remolded and a popular indoor pool area. Breakfast did not appeal to us and didn’t try, but would still stay here again if in town again.”
