“The staff was friendly. The table in my room wasn’t clean and had pieces of food scattered across it. There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am.”

“The hotel was under construction during my stay, and there was noticeable construction noise.
The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room.
I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain.
The staff was super, super friendly!
