“Easy check in, recommended”

“The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest.”

“Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. My only complaint would be that Expedia itself misrepresents the amenities included in the rooms and the prices. I booked my room based on the fact that I believe it included a private hot tub in the room. I based my room choice on this amenity and the price shown by Expedia. But upon arriving at the property that was not the room I was given and it was explained to me that room I had selected...

“You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...

“Hotel is very dated. It smells horrible. Between the stale smell of smoke and pets it was disgusting. The housekeeping service only came once, freshened towels but re-made the bed with the same used sheets. Breakfast was the same everyday, a simple swit”
