“Parking was no problem Staff was accommodating at check in. Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed Didn't use the gym The breakfast had everything you could imagine to eat. Would stay again there.”

“The outside doors aren't locked so homeless people come in all day, all night. There is also a lot of criminals, drugs and sexworkers. Police passes often but can't do anything. Tried to talk to the manager but she is in denial. The room itself could use some work. Toilet bowl isn't fixed, table was wobbly. Big room with one bed but missing chair for more comfort. Door doesn't close tightly. Mattress and pillows were comfy. ”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.”

“The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! ”
