“The room was fine, there were a few little things that I noticed that could’ve done with a proper clean. The bed was awful. We stayed three nights and by the third both of us were nearly crippled. The breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing, though the staff there were fantastic. There was issues with hot water and we ended up with barely warm water for the last night and morning showers. Reception staff were super friendly upon check in and out. Location is good too, tucked away like it...

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“The female staff member that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming . She really went out of her way to help. The room was all we needed, bed was comfortable and shower good. It was great being connected to the Irish pub for good reasonably priced meals and drinks. It is close to the light rail stops and easy walk to the water. We would definitely stay here again.”
