Ski-in ski-out nuova casa costruita nel Boyne Mountain Resort nella Comunità Gated

Presentazione di questa eccezionale nuova costruzione di 4400 piedi quadrati, completamente arredata. Questo rifugio lussuoso, ma confortevole, con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni ha tutto. Questa casa sembra accogliente e rilassata. È perfetto per intrattenere grandi gruppi! La grande sala offre un imponente camino in pietra impennata. La cucina gourmet ha ampi ripiani e ampi posti a sedere per venti ospiti. Master suite ha camino privato e balcone con vista mozzafiato. Il livello inferiore offre 3 camere da letto, un letto king size, le altre due camere da letto hanno letti a castello.
Il livello inferiore ha un angolo cottura completamente fornito che è perfetto per un caffè mattutino o che scatta dallo sci al riscaldamento. L'armadio per gli sci privato è abbastanza grande per accogliere tutti i tuoi ospiti. Un garage per auto viene fornito con questo noleggio. Il noleggio non include la casa per gli ospiti con 2 camere da letto sopra il garage, come mostrato nel video. La casa è nel Boyne Mountain Resort Edelweiss Club. Excellent property with plenty of sleeping arrangements, space, and stocked with the essentials. Skiing right out of the basement to hit the lifts is a great perk!

Our stay at this property was so wonderful that we booked another stay while we were still there! 4 families stayed at the property very comfortably. Our communication with the host was great leading up to our stay. The location was perfect for being able to jump right onto the mountain. We have stayed at places before that barely have enough towels, pillows, or blankets, this home has as many as you need. It was also nice to arrive and have plenty of paper towel, k-cups, hand soaps, shower soaps, etc. The check out instructions were easy too. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

We had a group of 12. Ages 1 to 72 and had a blast. The house had a high chair and pack n play for the little one which was really handy. There was plenty of space for all of us to play games and hang out. The location is close to everything but still private. We loved it! Would recommend for a big group.

For anyone looking to have easy access to Boyne Mountain Golf amenities this is the spot for you. Able to comfortably fit 18 people, I would say this location is prime for any large party going golfing for the weekend!

I rented the property for myself and colleagues as we attended a conference at the Boyne Lodge. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking and hosting dinners. Would not hesitate to return.

The house was BEAUTIFUL! Hosts were so responsive and very helpful. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location of the house is a short walk to the Skybridge and golf course. Our family enjoyed a very nice reunion together and I would recommend this property to anyone!

We had 5 families staying in the house for 3 nights. It was great; the kids had their own space in the basement while the adults could relax upstairs. Ski-in/ski-out was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a remarkable time at this property and would hands down rent again in the future! The house was large, but still felt very cozy, and the kitchen had ample room to accommodate our large group. We especially loved all of the kitchen island seating and the pantry. We were blessed with snow our first day, so once the Alpine lift was running, we were able to ski in/ski out very easily! The ski locker room has individual cubbies/shelves which was awesome! Definitely a 5 star experience! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Home is bigger than the pictures...FYI Perfect location for Ski in/Ski out House is new, high end, well maintained, well appointed. The only downfall was mother nature. We gambled and booked a ski trip early this season (Jan 2nd 2023-right after new years) so the skiing was O K. We'd definitely come again...would love to see a hot tub next time you let us visit your home. XOXO

We hosted a group of 24 guys for a golf trip, about 14 of us stayed at this property and there was plenty of room for everybody with even a couple unused beds. Cabin is conveniently located near the alpine and monument courses. Could not of asked for a better situation. House was great for entertaining. 10 of of 10 would recommend.

Rob’s house was perfect for my annual golf trip with 16 of my friends. It’s big and open, clean, close proximity to the boyne mountain golf courses and others in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Very impressive property! Felt extra spacious inside and really well put together. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were all fantastic. The firepit out back and the main story deck with the grill was the kicker that made this house extra special. Tons of parking and space for all. Would revisit and recommend this property for sure!!

Accommodated our family of 14 very well. Great location Kitchen wasn’t well stocked but we made do. My husband had to tighten benches at dining table so they did fall apart Firepit was amazing.

Our 3 generation family gathered from Wyoming, Georgia, and Michigan to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The house exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic place to be "family" together. Everything was in good order, worked fine, and the bedroom were fantastic. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place. They alll want to come back soon.
