“Traveling back from holidays with my daughter I realized I would need to stop in Kansas City unexpectedly and got on hotels.com to book a spot. I found an extended stay hotel in my budget and reserved the room - paying in full through hotels.com. I booked the room about four hours prior to arriving. Once I arrived the hotel smelled of weed, the front desk attendant had a sign up that she was busy helping another customer when in reality she was around the corner smoking. “The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hall we were on was very quiet. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast, but all in all great stay. Will stay again when we need to be that close to the Research Hospital.”
