Case in affitto a Branchville

“We had a great stay overall! The house is in an excellent location with easy access to the lake, and the game room was a huge hit with everyone in our group. It was a great space to relax and have fun after spending the day outside. There were a couple of minor issues, including a few stains on the bed sheets when we arrived. The basement had flooded due to an issue caused by a previous guest. That said, the host was incredibly accommodating, responded immediately, and worked quickly to address...

“Más que encantada, Muy hermosa la casa, La picina grande, El jacuzzi genial. Me gustó mucho, el lago le da un toque muy especial, las mañanas son hermosas…”

“Most disgusting place I've ever attempted to stay at, we did not stay. Stay FAR FAR away! BUGS EVERYWHERE every single corner, bed was filthy, back deck was atrocious”

“Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. ”

“House was extremely drafty - window air conditioning units still in the windows and not adequately insulated for colder temperatures. In addition, there was an odor that permeated the house which made things uncomfortable. The listing mentioned games in the game room - game room was a large empty space with no games. When the WiFi was down it was impossible to access the on line guide to the place. ”

“This house was so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Lori the host went above and beyond to be sure we were enjoying our stay. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend anyone else to also !”

“This was a fine stay at a no-frills cabin home in the tri-states. Easy check-in and out and the amenities you'd expect for a low key weekend. A word of warning for those sensitive to cigarette smoke: this very much seems like a former smokers home and the smell took me back decades (not in a good way).”

“While everything was fine until check in, we noticed the house had mold in the windows and there was a persistent beeping noise coming from within the owners closet that was locked in the basement bedroom. The beeping noise was loud enough traveled through the house. I reached out to the host asking for help and he didn’t respond until after we had checked out. We couldn’t use basement bedroom and heard beeping throughout the night. Do not recommend.”

“My family has stayed here several times over the past few years. The house is always great. Hosts are responsive. The kitchen and rooms are clean. We have been very happy with it.”

“The place was great. Very clean. Lots of fun for the kids. We saw wildlife everywhere. The deer wondered the driveways. The just even offered additional time but unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow for it.”

“We had such a lovely stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The house was tidy and clean, and a nice amount of toys and coloring books for kids, which was thoughtful. Very spacious, and perfect for the rainy day when we weren’t able to go outside. It was a beautiful acreage to take walks and not noisy even though we were a hop and a skip off the main highway. We would definitely recommend booking this spot for a getaway with friends, and we’re already dreaming of returning on our next trip to the area!...
