“Wonderful service”

“We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.”

“Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Clean, showers had fantastic pressure. My wife said the best shower she’s taken. That meant the water was soft! Breakfast was like any other breakfast at a hotel but it worked for us. Staff was friendly, had things tidy, and were pleasant. Nice work everyone!”

“Bed was horrible, both wife and I woke up with back pains every morning for 3 days. Pool seemed to change rules daily on what you could do and not do. First day ordered a “bucket” of beer so they put ice in a Walmart sack and 6 beers. Second day we bought a little bag cooler and was told they don’t sell “buckets” of beer. I could buy six but they had to open every aluminum bottle. Wasn’t the case the day before. Never a luggage cart on day we arrived or day we left. If we even want to talk...

“REMODELING”

“Very clean and comfy. The grounds and buildings were beautiful.”

“The room smelled awful. The smoke alarm was sounding when we opened the door. The room was stifling. The a/c unit was LOUD and not effective. There was no cold water at the sink. There were no amenities except one small bar of soap. Their response to everything was that they would call maintenance in the morning. We were only staying one night. The door stuck and we had trouble getting the lock to open We asked for a new room and was told no "all rooms were booked, " however there were many...

“Access to airport was great”

“I was just passing through with my cat. The staff was super helpful, the room was clean and well maintained. All amenities were good.”

“Holiday Inn but only breakfast is at the in-house restaurant for an upcharge. Read the fine print. Staff not familiar with Expedia check-in process. Not the streamlined Holiday experience I am used to. Will need to find a better hotel group with consistent services.”

“The bartenders on Friday night were very rude. The gentleman behind the desk said they were from another company but did give us a free drink ticket ”

“The stay was good however if you have pets beware that the pet fee says $25.00 per accommodation, per stay. I took that as a one-time fee of $25.00 for one night regardless of how many pets you have. When I checked in they changed it to 25.00 per pet. I brought it up that is not what is stated on Expedia. The guy at the front desk blew me off and told me to contact expedia. Well, expedia has nothing to do with the pet fees since its a separate charge from the hotel. I don't mind paying for the...

“The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend.”
