“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

“Top rated breakfast? Frozen burritos or Jimmy Dean Sammies that you have to heat from frozen. Get its not peak season but you have a whole kitchen and restraunt and cant cook a hot meal for guests, the hot tubs close at 10pm dont open until 10am checkout is at 11 mind you. Rooms are outdated with no kitchen or microwave have to go to the lobby to heat anything up. I judge off the breakfast and the fruit was even rotting”

“Beautiful condo, clean, comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning and trash supplies in kitchen. Bed was super comfy, warm and roomy shower/tub. Many hot tubs outside which nice! Amazing views, quietness and above all why I keep coming back is the amazing staff! Melinda is superb at mamaging, very professional and kind, and I can’t thank you enough for the dear note in our room and making it such a nice stay!”

“Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel ”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
