“It was very hard to find the place as Google maps didn't recognise the address we were provided, for this reason we arrived late and having booked only one night we couldn't do any activity. The room in the cavewas very impressive and the view as well. Unfortunately there is no signal nor wifi in the rooms and they provide you with a small free amount of data (50=MB) to be used only in the restourant and the bar. “We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!”

“The treehouse would be tricky for people with knee issues to get to, but we were undaunted by the stairs because the ambiance of staying in a treehouse was magical. The main pool is great and the private pool at the treehouse was an unexpected delight. Perhaps providing additional dustbins for recycling items could be an improvement, but the view, the rooms, the braai, and being surrounded y nature was thoroughly enjoyable! ”

Delicious breakfasts by Carol and Dorothy and overall a guest house in Tulbach that is highly recommended in view of its wonderful atmosphere, great location, friendly service and special "arty" ambience! “It was a treat to enter such a beautiful, clean, and well-set-up unit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms.
