“Great Property, but Service Needs a Personal Touch I had mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the rooms were spotless and the property itself is in excellent condition. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. I believe great hospitality is all about the little things, and a few details were missed during my visit: A Slow Welcome: After a long flight delay, I arrived around 8:00 PM. “Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. ”

“Place was excessively dirty. Water in the bathroom couldn’t reach warm temperature. I practically had to break the handle over to the left to get a little bit of warm water. The same with the shower all of a sudden you wood wind up getting a blast of cold water. ”

“The place is a total dump!!! All of the doors have key pad locks that barely work, the "Double Queen Suite" was basically 2 dorm rooms with no place to sit except outside! No Wi-fi. The place was freezing with only an ancient heater and a wall space heater. The tub had standing water in it for 3 hours after taking a quick shower. The place is dirty and run down. We wouldn't have felt safe staying there if it hadn't been in the middle of no where. Old folks seemed to like staying there for some...
