“The room was pretty gros, does not match ANY of the pictures. Carpet sticky in spots, ripped up in other spots. Someones phone number CARVED into the table. No fridge or microwave. Door did not even close correctly. Overall not an optimal stay despite the cheap price.”

“This hotel was close to my daughter's house in Farmingdale. The property is not fancy but was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. There is a small kitchen with a cook top and microwave. There was a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was a granola bar and water.”

“The pictures on your website is nothing what we found. Room reeked of pot blanket had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not cleaned and very small. The picture of the bedroom looked big but room so smaller. Sheets had stains. We end up going to another hotel ”

“The breakfast was good the rooms were very clean air quality everything fresh all of the amenities were great no complaints you can take you can tell the property is very very well maintained”

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....
