“La camera non era nemmeno una camera ma palesemente un appartamento di qualcuno lasciato libero all’ultimo per noi. Sporco in modo inaccettabile, sono stata letteralmente divorata dagli insetti tutta la notte. Unica menzione per un poveretto che è stato reclutato per rendere la stanza decente all’ultimo e ci ha messo tutto quello che poteva. Il resto AGGHIACCIANTE ”

“Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

“Quality of the hotel is very good. Rustic rooms in a quiet and central location. We stayed in camelia room and shower doesn't have much ventilation therefore we can see damp and doesn't smell pleasant. We have been charged with 50 euros in the check in for my 5 year old son eventhough he slept in same bed with us and expedia guest policy clearly indicates child is allowed to stay in the room with you. ”

“We had a nice long weekend in B&B InnBrugas. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but it was perfect for us as we wanted to stay a bit away from the crowd. The apartment has basic amenities, e.g. no kitchen, only a fridge/minibar but no bottle opener, which would have been nice. Also, the standing lamp in the living room didn't work and the heating was very tricky because radiators have smart thermostats which can be turned on by...

“We loved absolutely everything about Guest House Mirabel, starting with its host, Agna. She is by far the most welcoming and accomplished host/hostess we have encountered on our travels. The property, which she and her husband lovingly converted to this business, is beautifully fitted with modern amenities while maintaining the charm of the historic building.
