“We loved this place. The property was clean and comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful, we loved the artwork all over the walls, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the grocery store. It was a quick train ride into Heidelberg.”

“Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”

“This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!”

“Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil wir uns schon im letzten Jahr super wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und trotz der Dachschrägen ein Raumwunder. Es gibt dort alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Selbst ein Klavier findet Platz… In jedem Schrank verbirgt sich zudem noch immer ein Detail, was einen sagen lässt: „Ach guck mal, hier gibt es sogar dasunddas.“Kurz: Ankommen, wohlfühlen, wiederkommen!”

Eine feuerfeste Form für den Ofen, ein (Nudel-)Sieb und eine Salatschleuder hätten wir vermisst, wenn wir abends nicht auswärts gegessen hätten. Des weiteren lässt sich eines der beiden Schlafzimmer nicht und das Zweite nur wenig verdunkeln. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, es finden sich immer irgendwo in der Umgebung eine Lücke.
