“This was by far the best rental house we have ever stayed in! The house was beautiful and extremely clean when we went in. The furniture was all super durable (and with 4 kids ages 6 and under, durable is important). We had 8 people staying in the house (4 adults, 4 kids) and it never felt cramped or too small. I loved waking up the sunrise each morning. The house was located perfectly for all the activities we had planned (apple picking). Paige was so kind and helpful when we had problems with...

“What a beautiful and well appointed cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed watching happenings across the street (especially soccer and football matches) at the high school. Surprisingly quiet at night despite being near to hospital and high school. Fantastic location to walk downtown and enjoy shops and restaurants. Great front porch to dine or visit. Thank you!”

“This is our 4th (maybe 5th) time staying at what my kids call "The round house". The location, cleanliness and personality of this home can not be beat in Brevard. Whenever we stay here (either for the Banff Music Fest in the spring or Mountain Song in the fall) we make sure to walk to the farmers market on Saturday. “Awesome moutain getaway. The weather was perfect and the Pearly & Lois was just as perfect. This adorable home is on a quiet street with a river across the street (wish you could see more of the river from the house, but you can hear it). The house is so full of character with all the little details, from the horses in the back, the outside seating area, exposed rafters throughout the house, vintage furnishings, all the things. We could not have picked a better place!”
