“Staff was great, breakfast on the weekend was excellent!! The breakfast menu was limited during the week. Unfortunately the pool has been out of order for weeks and we were not told this. The housekeeping was only available every other day and they didn’t bring towels, they had to be requested. The bed was also very hard & the pillows were awful. We ended up getting an air mattress & pillows from Walmart for sleeping. ”

“No accessible door. There was an empty Pepsi bottle in our room and no light bulb in one of our bedside lamps. There was a large water bubble on the ceiling above the bed, the heater was falling apart”

“The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd.
