“The maid doesn’t service your room if you stay for multiple days. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new towels, Cups and toilet paper. It’s only a couple minutes for a maid to do that but they don’t. Also the breakfast has no eggs or protein just carbs. Otherwise it was great!”

“Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for one night on June 26, 2026, and arrived at 9:30 PM with a confirmed reservation. Instead of checking me in, I was told my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t given a room until 12:05 AM—more than 2½ hours later. What’s the point of making a reservation if the hotel can’t have a room ready by late evening? “Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere.”

“If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.”

“It is a well-maintained, clean, pleasant hotel. I love that it has a shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a big draw. We had a 6 AM flight and the service started at 4 AM. One thing they don’t tell you if you are a choice member until afterwards, they waive the fee for the shuttle. At least one of the ways we only used it once. We had used a different hotel coming into Syracuse and had to use an Uber, which seemed to be very expensive for the short amount of time we needed it. The...

“Room was clean, Bed was comfortable. Furniture a bit mismatched but Who cares. Parking a bit of an issue, Handicapped parking taken up by cars that don't Have handicapped tags and don't move. I have stayed here several times and they always accommodate my need for a first-floor room. I will stay here again soon.”
