“What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. “The location of the hotel was not ideal. It is hidden in the back of the property and a multi-level car parking area is under construction. It is not ideal for walking around the city because of its remote location.”

“The following have to be requested daily: Bath soap (tiny) and shampoo (small packet) Mske up / clean the room Picture of the balcony in the ad is misleading as the room (#8209) we were provided are just bare cement, missing the wood planks. Tight parking garage, happy we got our car in and out unscathe. Noisy people in the hallway in the middle of the night, the 3 nights we stayed there. Good thing it is close to the park and other attractions.”
