“Yes the food was good , don't remember a fireplace. ”

“This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly with our large group. The breakfast was tasty and the happy hour great. Large parking lot and clean rooms. Recommend!”

“The host was very accommodating. The property sets close to Rough & Ready hwy- especially cottage #10, which backs up within feet of the hwy. Bring an extra blanket if weather is on the cool side. ”

“My husband and I love staying here! We appreciate the warm friendly staff who graciously prepare a complimentary cook to order omelette and waffles each morning. Parking is easy to visit historic Grass Valley or a short drive to the cool waters of the Yuba River and Nevada City. We will be back next year!”

“It’s right in the center of Broad Street with a really nice cafe downstairs that’s open at 7:00am every day and has fantastic homemade bacon breakfast burritos. The room is clean and beautiful. I had some difficulty at first getting into the building and into my room with the respective codes. The trick is to wait until the door entirely stops buzzing and only then push it open.
