Was at property for a Hill Climb event outside of ski season so cannot rate how good the skiing was but unable to continue survey without choosing a star, hence one star.”

After a day of active activities, a comfortable resting space is expected and should be understood by those proving living space. Cleanliness. The condo itself was acceptable. The property was not.
