“It's an older property but still in good shape, has air conditioning, ice machine, TV, good shower water pressure, staff is kind and will work with you as best as possible on pricing. No pool. Only coffee available in front office. Otherwise it's quiet and plenty of available food and shopping options across the street, if not within a 2-5 mile radius.”

“The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. “The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.”
