“Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.”

“The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. “This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...

At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...
