“Shower did not work, phone did not work, pool was not accessible and was told that they were thinking of closing it for good. There were bugs in the bed, and bathroom. There was a strong smell of pot upon entering the room. Do not advise anyone to stay here.”

“Shower curtain reeked of mildew and made it extremely unpleasant to shower. It was also dirty. The cleaning staff however went above and beyond to keep our room tidy and towels replenished daily. The gentleman (Jimmy I believe) who took care of our room was above and beyond helpful and friendly. He and the front desk clerk (I forgot his name) helped my handicapped sister when she fell getting into her truck. They should be commended for their quick response and willingness to jump right in and...

The breakfast need to have signs by all food and alert guests (with sign) when something is not avaliable( the yogurt machine was not working and we had to guess on certain foods). “When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.”

The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. “Great breakfast spread. Well supplied and fresh. Clean facility but Lord the condition of the parking lot and the streets in that area of town are horrendous!!! Don't drive your car if you are visiting. The potholes sre massive in Memphis. Even the road surface of the interstate is terrible. I had to put my vehicle in the shop theveeek for repair and realignment that I had just had done before the trip. West Tennessee is nothing like central and east Tennessee when it comes to its roads. Beware....
