“Shower did not work, phone did not work, pool was not accessible and was told that they were thinking of closing it for good. There were bugs in the bed, and bathroom. There was a strong smell of pot upon entering the room. Do not advise anyone to stay here.”

“The stay was ok however the TV remote was taped & wouldn’t work so I was unable to watch TV to help wind down on mini vacation. A gentleman did assist the first day and it came on for a brief moment and then it turned off by itself and would not come back on. Encourage staff to ensure all items are working in rooms prior to providing. Iron in room also had some black item on it and unable to be used. “This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....
