Hotel a Brinchang

“Overall it was a great stay for us. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and hotels. However, please improve the breakfast options and hygiene as well as the staff’s sop. I think the foods are so repetitive in daily basis and barely got refilled till we had to ask the staff few times. The coffee machine was not working guys, the hot water kept splashing every where for 2 days in the row. I really enjoyed my stay here but i think the breakfast quality is a no no. This goes the...

“EXTREMELY DIRTY. ITS FILTHY. I PROMISE YOU ITS NOT WORTH IT. THE TOWELS ARE FILTHY. THE BATHROOM IS GROSS. THERE ARE BUGS ON THE WINDOWS. THE TOILET DOESNY WORK. THE BATHROOM IS WET. The owner is very nice and understands that his place is a budget hotel. Regardless, I am a budget traveler but this is just atrocious. ”

“A perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is in a beautiful location, between the mountains and a golf course. The service was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with all the comforts. Recommended.”

“Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. Purtroppo però la camera non era come ce l'aspettavamo..anzi..decisamente poco carina e la pulizia non era eccellente (cosa fondamentale nei nostri viaggi avventura). Non ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche se il proprietario é stato gentile.”
