Hotel a Brinson

“It was the worst hotel stay. We had reserved two days. The staff went into our room and stole our personal items. We had to spend extra money to replace those items that cost over $54.00. I will never stay there again in my life.”

“Room was updated and clean. Staff was very helpful!! A few ant trails in the outside walkway-nothing that would upset us. Breakfast was just ok, but for the price, it was acceptable. Would stay there again.”

“In town for a wedding, hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Used the pool and gym. Treadmill needs to be updated however everything else was perfect.”

“This reservation was god-send. It was pouring we need a room that took dogs and the location and price were perfect. While the room seemed clean, the bathroom and really everything, was so old. The cover to the toilette had a big break in it right near the flusher, so that was very dangerous. The tub was yellow and the towels torn. We were anxious to leave early and I didn't clear everything out. So someone inherited my kindle and a fridge with some food. Hope they enjoyed.”

“I understand if your property is old, but you have to at least to try to make an effort to do some type of upkeep. The first thing we noticed coming into the room was that the security latch was snapped. Did someone force their way into the room? It's a $6.97 item at Walmart. Replace and your guests will feel safe. The deadbolt connecting our room to an adjacent room did not completely lock. Have your handy guy adjust it so your guests can feel safe. The fitting around the sink was moldy...
