“A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. “Superb B&B. Met with a friendly welcome, and room available in good time. Loved the location on the sea front, just round the corner from the Main Street. Room was as advertised, and couldn’t fault. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch.”

“This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! ”

“The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!”
