“The room was relatively clean, except behind the bed. It was as if it had not been clean for a few weeks. Also along side the walls, there was a lot of dust. Other than that it was ok. There was plenty of parking, they have a breakfast buffet with a good selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which was excellent. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast. It was very below average compared to other Towneplace’s we’ve stayed at - omelettes were rubbery and sausage patties didn’t look edible.”

“The beds were clean. The whole hotel had a weird vibe to it. It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly. The whole property seemed kind of unkempt with trash, laying around little balls of dust everywhere garbage in the parking lot. It was like it was rundown and they weren’t able to keep up with it. “Nice that great shops and restaurants are at your doorstep but very noisy with all the clubs and party life on Whyte at night. I would not recommend staying here if you suffer from any kind of sleep disorder.”

“The bellmen were very friendly and stowed our bags securely as we explored the city before check in and after check out. Rooms were clean, views were nice, and amazing for the price. Would stay again if I’m in the area”

“The property is getting tired; the shades were repaired using staples, and one in our room did not work. The dark decor is dated, and some of it felt grungy with splatters under the glass top on the desk. The wall plugs would not hold a plug, so they cannot be used to charge phones or power an iron. Other outlets in the room worked well. The bed and linens were great, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and prompt. Two nightstands in the king room would be helpful.”
