“Lovely, well-appointed rooms in small hotel in a pub. On main street but double glazing very effective. Stayed in small double which was perfect for 1 night.”

“Excellent stay great rooms, helpful friendly staff helped with check in and even loaned us a laundry basket to move our charitable donations we are traveling with. They validate parking for the Walnuts shopping center car park.”

“The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. I paid extra for breakfast on the 2 nights I stopped but unfortunately due to the size of the seating area and the hot plates the Q is massive and to small for the guests that are there and...

“It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.”

“Struttura carina, ma camere non insonorizzate e si sente parlare il vicino a bassa voce. Inoltre manutenzione rumorosa (trapano) a partire dalle 7.00. Carino il bar, scarso il ristorante. Check in lento e con una ragazza che cantava e ballava invece di spiegare la struttura.”

“The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...

“Das Zimmer ist ganz sauber und genug groß. Die Lage des Otels ist an der Autobahn. Im Zimmer aber hat man den Lärm nicht gehört. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“Lovely stay! The staff were friendly and super helpful. There was a nice breakfast spread with good options. The fans were helpful with the heat and, even though there are stairs, the staff offered to assist us by bringing our luggage to the room. Wish we could’ve stayed longer (:”

“Reasonably clean room. Shower was good. Single staff member Ambiance of dining room was spoiled with a vacuum cleaner and ironing board in the room. The hotel is old and not well maintained but was adequate for a short stay.”
