“The room smelled and the bedding didn’t smell clean. The heat didn’t work they had to come in the 2nd day and put in a new unit. ”

“Absolutely a true gem just a short distance from downtown Frankenmuth. Extremely clean, very friendly staff. Quiet and updated rooms. Far surpasses any higher priced competition in the area.”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were truly dog friendly. The pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was just ok. They could have used better egg options and fresh fruit. The only fruit there was brown bananas. The breakfast staff however was very pleasant and attentive. ”

“Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non...

“Well,it's a hotel at a reasonable price everything was exceptional they are in a remodeling phase, everything was clean and parking was safe and right off the highway, they have a very nice and spacious lounge and dining room smelled clean and always fresh air..”

“Not the greatest. The comforter smelled like urine, the ceiling was leaking in the morning after it had rainied, and noisy neighbors. ”

“This is an old dated motel. The carpet looked dirty, the shower restroom is old definitely recommend using shower shoes. But with all that the owner is very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, heat/air con works and my pup loved it. If you are looking for an updated, very clean place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a pet friendly motel to just get some sleep in, then this is your go to place. I would stay here again.”
