Hotel a Brookfield

“Room appeared clean,but had a musty odor. Roof leaking in common area. No hot water for shower. Entire building seemed run down and in need of a make over. No counter in bathroom, just sink so had to keep going in and out of bathroom to grab toiletries to get ready. Breakfast was pretty standard. Coffee wasn’t drinkable. But the staff was very kind and pleasant. Eager to help and always smiling. That being said, probably would not stay there again.”

“Being at Homewood Suites was like being at home! It was very quiet on my floor and very secluded. The hotel suite was very clean. The front desk representatives were very helpful with anything I needed. I recommend this hotel to others.”

“I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

“Overall a great hotel for our needs. Close to the Stanley Theater. Check in and out process was easy. Clean, helpful staff. Enjoyed the coffee, water and cookies offered in the lobby. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable...could use more lighting. Overall a great stay for the price. Definitely recommend”

Purchase a handcrafted mug to remember your trip and support a family business. This is what freedom is all about. Not just your stay but the community you are supporting inside and...
