“The staff is very courteous and accommodating to me. I have a very bad back and travel with an ice pack that they put in their freezer for me every day. My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean.”

However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”
