“Una struttura da chiudere che non dovrebbe stare su expedia. Le foto sono false, mi chiedo chi ha messo 10/10 se ha mai visto un hotel e dove viva a casa. Mai visto un posto del genere. Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri...

“Room was super clean! Loved the way it was set up, just wished they had sprayed a little bit of scent somehow because it smelled like cigarettes but I took care of it, it wasnt that bad. Overall the stay was amazing and thank you for the clean towels everyday as well! It was well needed. ”

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

“Lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked so nice. Loved the cinnamon roll ms and bacon & scrambled eggs. Not so much the next day omelet. Coffee & Orange juice was very good. Ordered out dinner from uber eats from Cracker Barrel. Food delivered promptly and was very good. The room was very clean. Will stay here again.”

“Valerie and staff were excellent to me. Check in and check out a breeze. My room was cleaned daily. They have a restaurant on site, Gator Cove, which is s plus for me. Food and spirits are good. They also have a pool which I have enjoyed during the summer months.

Two small suggestions to make it perfect:
The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess.
The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night. ”

“Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”
