We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast.”

Caulking around the toilet was pulled up, hot iron mark burned into the furniture in the room, hair in the shower, bad repair and large spots of paint touch ups on top on the ceiling of the room were a totally different white which made it stand out more. “The room was very clean. I love clean rooms. The hotel is new. It was worth the money and it was very quiet. I wanted the top floor, but the third floor away from the elevator was just as good.”

“I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”

“The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “Staff was amazing. I had 2 small kids with me and they were able to put us on a hallway where the noise they made would not be a problem. My only complaint would be the water pressure, they need to crank it up a notch. There’s plenty of parking and food places nearby. Breakfast was bland but I get it seasoning is a preference.”

“Everything was pretty much what we expect. We did report the bathroom light flickered like it was ready to burn out or the bias was going bad. Hopefully they took care of it. We pretty much kept the light off because it was annoying. It did take awhile for it to start flickering.”

“The room was dirty. These are the things within my room that were not clean: bathroom door, shower walls and fixtures, closet door mirror, carpeting, blow dryer handle, and bedspread cover, toilet paper holder, and bathroom sink faucet. The elevator was filthy and needed cleaning. Maintenance was also needed for all of the lighting fixtures in the room. It appeared the owners just didn’t care. I will not return to this hotel.”
