Hotel a Brooks

“Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators”

“It’s our favorite spot to stay. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast or dinner, we can grab a bite to eat if we don’t feel like going out. Pool and hot tub are a must have treat. And we love our popcorn treat while we wind down in the evenings.”

“My room was clean, but definitely in need of an update in decor. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was...

“Good hotel, close to the highway. Well kept, large rooms, good quality complimentary breakfast. Nice pool.”

“Breakfast was meatless, bread cereal and a pancake maker plus bananas were the staple.”

“Unfortunately, I'm not good at remembering names but the lady that checked us in and was there all three nights was so very helpful and accommodating. They are going thru major renovations. The only complaint was the breakfast bar was lacking in selections. >”
