“Good staff and family friendly ”

“Thank you to the staff at The Hampton. We were traveling from out of state for a concert. We were greeted at the front desk by a wonderful woman who was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a hot breakfast every morning with a nice variety of options. The hotel has several restaurants In waking distance. The parking lot was well lit and secure. There is a nice pool there as well. The room had everything we needed. I...

“I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again.”

“Would not go back if our lives depended on it. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to the main venues and many restaurants. However, the staff was not friendly. No welcome was extended at anytime during our stay. We had to switch rooms multiple times. The first time was due to the room smelling like a cigar lounge. The second time was due to the room having no heat, in the middle of a Midwest winter! We were forced to stay in...

“I stayed in a corner room on the 21st floor. I was so impressed it was an incredible room. The views were stunning and it was the PERFECT place to stay for a concert at Huntington Stadium. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. Rooms were extremely clean too!! Highly recommend ”

“There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. ”
