“The staff were wonderful”

“The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.”

“The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. “My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. “Hotel bellissimo, elegante e pulito in posizione meravigliosa al centro di Cleveland, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Colazione eccezionale e utilissima la possibilità di cenare a buffet con tre drink inclusi fino alle 19. Infine comoda la piscina con la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda che ci ha permesso dopo cena di rilassarci alla fine della nostra giornata in visita durante il nostro viaggio on the road tra Canada e USA. “The breakfast wait times are ridiculous, one member of staff on duty and waiting 55 minutes to get a cup of coffee and place our order is not acceptable, we raised a concern with reception on day one regarding this but nothing improved during our stay, coffee refills were impossible to get, we had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold”

The only thing tgat was an issue was that when we went to the pool there were a bunch ch of wild kids a That were shooting water with water guns at my little kids and when they were asked to stop they shot at us adults. They had music blasting and at one point they started fighting. The mom put 2 of them in time out but that situation made our trip to the pool very short. My kids were very upset.”

“The property best feature was it's location downtown a proximity to sports venues and the casino. The room was very large and would have great for an extended stay. It was very confusing how to get into the bldg and very unusual set up for desk.”

“Very very upset. Paid almost $400 for a night stay here and our bedding had stiff stains on both beds, pillows and there was dirt or somethimg looking like dirt on one of the beds bedding also.”
