“Very good hotel with friendly personnel, fine breakfast in extremely good location not far from the interstate but nicely located in downtown Newark.”

“First, the front desk staff are nice but they did not give me a smoke free room as requested. The smell was so bad I immediately had to take all my belongings to laundry after checking out. Thank goodness I was only there 2 nights and I didn’t bring a lot of clothing. They did not offer to move me to another room after I told them about the smell. A roach crawled out of the drain while I was showering. Only a few channels work on the television. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for” but...

“The property needed landscape maintenance. Exterior trash near front entrance was overflowing Saturday at 10:00 AM. Daytime staff did not speak English and had limited English language understanding.”

“The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay”

“Es un robo tenga cuidado si se pasa deals 11 am así sea por 20 minutos pierces el deposito no te lo dan yo le dije que fue que me quedé dormido y me to Caron la puerta y en lo que me terminé de amistad pasaron 20 minutos y a lo que fui para la oficina ya avian pasado 10 mas y por eso me dijo que perdi el deposito son unos ladrones mejor esta el de al frente”

“breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Even with kids teams that must have been there for tournaments, they enforced quiet time and didn't interrupt our visit. Room was updated nicely”
