“The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. “This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Excellent location; and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, as usual. The allocated room was on the nose so we were moved, without argument. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and there were the usual comforts. The included breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The table was clean. “Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.”
