Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. “The bed was the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was soft, sumptuous and pillowy. I didn't want to leave it but had no choice. Lol They sell the bedding online, I'm truly tempted as I need to recreate that sleep experience at home.
