“Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

“We had a lovely one night stay and really enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was was delicious. We were staying to go to a show at the Opera House which is less than 15 minutes walk away. All in all a great stay. We will definitely stay again.”
