“Clean room and friendly staff.”

“No hot water for the shower. Front door is busted and doesn't contain any kind of lock and”

“Wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub needed more water. It was less then half way full. Our room had a weird drywall patch area on the wall and it was dated. Not a bad experience, just needs some updates. Breakfast was decent as well”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Staf was great! However rooms need updated. Could hardly get up in the bed as it was so high. Several holes in the walls Shower door tracts were very rusty. Room very small. But it did keep me cool in the ravaging heat.”

“Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

“We flew all day and arrived at the hotel after midnight and we were extremely tired. As we tried to find a parking place, we noticed the strong smell of marijuana in the area and several people outside on their patios talking and partying. We told the desk clerk we didn't want to stay but he told us we wouldn't be able to find a better hotel this time of night. So we stayed. “Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “This is a historic, charming old home. With that, expect to use stairs to reach your room. We stayed a week and had housekeeping service only twice during our stay. The desk staff was very accommodating and filled our request for toilet paper and towels quickly, with a smile. They made us feel very at home and welcome. We enjoyed the common room with a phonograph and classic albums. The bed was very comfortable. The house was quiet and well air conditioned. We slept great! I would stay...

“Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day.
