"We had some trouble initially with check in with a staff member who seemed quite overwhelmed and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Opted to return a few hours later when a new staff member was on and everything went smoothly. The place is more like a small condo than a hotel room. Very well ..."

"Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fair. The woman working at the buffet was delightful and very hardworking! The staff is great but the property looked much better in the snow back in March."

"Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure!"
