Hotel a Brush Creek

“We stayed here overnight on a drive-thru to vacation. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was your basic Continental breakfast. The toilet seats was loose and the entire toilet seemed loose and not secure. The shower had a crack and it that looked like it had been repaired. The mattress and bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall you can tell it's an older property that is showing signs of wear and tear.”

“The room was gross. Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. My kids had to wear their shoes in the room as the floor was visibly dirty. A sock from a previous guest found in the bed. Disgusting. The building was humid, no ac in the halls just dehumidifiers. Breakfast crew was annoyed with people making waffles for some reason. We stayed here as we were moving with pets and it was pet friendly, but never again. We will sacrifice and pay for a nicer pet friendly hotel when we move again the future....

“This was a great place for our grandson and his baseball team to stay. Plenty of space and amenities for team meetings, team meals, board and card game night during rainouts, and more.”

“Liked that it had breakfast, but the bed was very uncomfortable, very large, deep body impression on right side of bed. Air conditioner kept cycling during night with weird noises.”

“A wonderful stay in a quiet and beautiful location after the hubbub of Nashville. Dave was an impeccable host and would highly recommend staying at Butterfly Hollow.. just fantastic.”

“The condo had a full kitchen and bath, comfortable bedroom and living room. Nice views of the lake.”

“We stayed in the Airstream trailer called Loretta. It was beautiful! The setting by the lake was beautiful too. There was a fire pit with chairs and supplies to make s'mores too. There was a restaurant on-site, but we brought our own food. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside areas more, but it was just too hot the day we were there.”

“Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky....

“Room was disgusting. Sheets were not clean. Bathroom was fully stocked with dirty towels with visible stains. The room was advertised as wheel chair accessible, however, it was not at all. The space between the bed and "entertainment" center was far too narrow to get a chair through. On top of that, though being advertised as wheel chair accommodations, the bath tub had a two foot tall lip. This room was not accommodating at all. Absolutely horrendous environment and room.”

“I didn't like that they charged me $15.00 for checking in early after they had told me I'd not be charged if I checked in early.”
