If there is the slightest possibility that something will happen, such as a flight delay and you can't make it to check-in, your room will be canceled for the entirity of your stay and the hotel will bill you for all of it. Not worth the risk!! There are too many nice hotels in the area to take the chance on LA Quinta!!”

“Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly with the exception of the housekeeper on our floor. Her cleaning cart was blocking the hallway so that my husband in his wheelchair was unable to pass smoothly. When he inadvertently hit the hall divider, trying to get by, causing it to loosen from the magnet grip, she came out to move the cart, but didn't say a word to us. At another point in time, she delivered an item to us that we had requested from maintenance,...

“I rented a smoking room and they gave me a non-smoking room so I had to keep going outside to smoke really didn’t like that but I had no choice cause that’s all they had. They gave my room to somebody else.”

“NO safe for your $ or jewelry if you leave the room. I was in room109 & the door to my room did not latch unless you pulled Very hard, so I had slept with an Unlocked door, realizing it the next day. Not secure.”
